She is certified by the Ministry of Health of Ontario and is a practicing member in good standing with The Association of Hearing Instrument Practitioners of Ontario. Juanita is friendly, welcoming and easy to speak with.

Bonnie Dos Santos | Client Care Representative
Bonnie has been an office administrator for over 30 years with over 13 years of experience in Hearing Healthcare.
What you may no know is that she started out as a Photojournalist after graduating from Loyalist College with a degree in Photojournalism. She continued her education recently by earning her certificate in American Sign Language. “It’s important to be inclusive of both hearing and deaf culture in my field”, Bonnie believes. Bonnie is incredibly social and what she loves most about her job is the ability to meet and get to know her clients better every day and to play a part in improving their quality of life. Bonnie adds that she tries to “always put my clients first”.
